Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across the continental United States from our Colorado location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Orders over $250 ship free.
How fast will my order arrive?
It depends on the product. Many items ship same-day or next business day. Some products ship directly from our supplier network and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view order status.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited options are available at checkout for most items.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.
Are there items that can't be returned?
Aerosol spray paints, custom-tinted products, and hazardous materials cannot be returned due to shipping restrictions. Damaged or defective items are always eligible for replacement or refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll make it right, replacement or refund, your choice.

What brands do you carry?
We stock trusted brands including Rust-Oleum, Zinsser, Krylon, Minwax, FrogTape, Wooster, Purdy, 3M, DAP, and more.
Are these the same products sold at big-box stores?
Yes—same brands, same quality. We carry professional-grade and consumer-grade products from authorized suppliers.
I'm not sure which product I need. Can you help?
Absolutely. Reach out by phone or email and we'll point you in the right direction. That's what we're here for.
Do you sell paint that's already tinted?
We carry select factory-mixed colors. Custom tinting is not available at this time.
Can I order products in bulk?
Yes. Contact us for bulk or case-quantity pricing.
